Many Features From Pro Guard Houston Storage

A few weeks back we discussed the advantages of using the space calculator, a handy tool designed specifically to help you pick the perfectly-sized storage unit for your needs. This week we’ll discuss some of the many other features available from the Pro Guard Houston Self Storage facility.

All of our Houston, TX storage locations have clime-controlled units available. Not some of them, all of them. All our facilities feature wide driveways, 18-wheeler access, and offer free use of loading carts.

Maintaing a high level of cleanliness is incredibly important to us as well, which is why our facilities are made of block, brick and steel contruction, with sealed concrete floors, insect and rodent control, concrete driveways with slope drains, and leak resistant metal standing seam roofs.

As for safety and security, our facilities have a unique slip-in cylinder lock that provides dead-bolt protection, and the entire building is only accessible through individual entry codes and computerized doors and gates. Each individual unit has a personal door alarm, and the entire facility features video surveillance that streams directly to the manager’s office.  And if you have any questions or concerns you can always consult one of our on-site professional managers.

Oh, and in case you were worried, all of our Houston storage locations also feature water fountains and restrooms… y’know, in case of emergencies.
